Q. How do I light charcoal briquettes using a charcoal chimney?
A. A charcoal chimney is a great way to light briquettes. Simply place QuickFire under the chimney, light it and place the chimney with your charcoal in it, over the flame. Q. How do I light charcoal briquettes using a Weber or Charbroil grill?

Once the edges of the charcoal are white, spread out the charcoal evenly for best results with a non burnable device and long enough where you don’t burn your hand such as a pair of tongs and you can then place the 2nd top grate (cooking grate) in place to begin cooking.
